Behind the Scenes: How I Create Brand Content From Start to Finish

The full workflow, brief to deliverables, so you know exactly what working together looks like before you send the first email.

Most brands have never worked with a UGC creator before, so the process is opaque. Here is exactly how I run a project so there are no surprises.

Step 1: The discovery call

Twenty minutes. We talk about the product, the audience, where the content is going to live, and what you have tested before. I leave with enough to write a shot list; you leave with a clear rate.

Step 2: The brief

I send back a one-page brief with hook variations, shot list, and turnaround. You approve or edit. This is where most of the alignment happens.

Step 3: Product arrives, filming happens

I shoot in natural light on the days I planned around it. Most projects wrap in a single filming day with a buffer day for retakes.

Step 4: Raw drop

You get organized raw files first — labeled clearly so your media buyer can start cutting immediately. This is huge for testing velocity.

Step 5: Edits + delivery

Edited variations follow, each hook cut as its own file. Two rounds of revisions included.

That is it. Most projects run two to three weeks end to end, faster if the timeline calls for it.
